Delivery & Related Charges
Orders are only delivered to addresses within the 26 counties of Ireland.
The delivery charge for orders under the value of €150 value or less is €10.00.
The delivery charge for orders over the value of €150 is FREE.
Wrong Item Despatched - the item I received is not what I ordered?
It is important that you check that the items received are the same as what you ordered. If you receive an item you didn't order the item must be returned with original packaging and still be in a saleable condition, i.e. not damaged or soiled in any way. The goods can be brought back to FRS Cahir, Carrigeen Industrial Estate, Cahir, Co. Tipperary or If you choose to post the goods we will refund the cost of postage.

If an item is faulty it will generally only come to light some time after you receive the order. The terms and conditions for Wrong Item Despatched (above) also apply to faulty items.
Order Cancellation - I've changed my mind and wish to cancel the order?
Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order before it is despatched please contact us at (052) 7441598 or email email@example.com. There will be no penalty and we will credit your card where payment has been made.
Change of Mind - I've changed my mind and don't want the goods?
You have 7 days after receipt of your order to decide whether or not to keep the order. If you choose to return the order you must pay the cost of delivery (postage or other) or deliver them by hand to FRS Cahir, Carrigeen Industrial Estate, Cahir, Co. Tipperary with your your name, address, order number and receipt. The goods must be returned with original packaging and still be in saleable condition, i.e. not damaged or soiled in any way.

If you ordered the wrong item the same terms & conditions will apply as a change of mind (above).
How soon will my order be dispatched?
Most orders can be dispatched within 2-3 days. If an item is out of stock we will dispatch the order as soon as it is in stock. Once your order has been dispatched, expected delivery times are within 2-3 working days.
